Use appropriate cleaning agents, disinfectants, and equipment for different surfaces and materials. Dusting: Dust furniture, shelves, surfaces, and other objects to remove accumulated dust and debris. Use dusters, cloths, or vacuum cleaners with dusting attachments to reach high or difficult-to-access areas. Vacuuming and Sweeping: Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Sweep floors with brooms or floor sweepers to clean hard surfaces such as wood, tile, or concrete floors. Mopping: Mop floors with water and cleaning solutions to remove dirt, spills, and stains. Use appropriate mops and techniques for different types of flooring, ensuring thorough cleaning and proper drying. Trash Removal: Empty trash bins, wastebaskets, and recycling containers and replace liners as needed. Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers or disposal areas according to waste management guidelines. Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, including toilets, sinks, faucets, mirrors, and shower stalls. Restock restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels as needed. Kitchen Cleaning: Clean kitchen surfaces, appliances, and equipment, including countertops, sinks, stovetops, refrigerators, and microwaves. Remove food spills, grease, and stains, and sanitize food preparation areas to prevent contamination. Window Cleaning: Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors to remove streaks, smudges, and fingerprints. Use glass cleaners and squeegees to achieve a streak-free shine on glass surfaces. Furniture Polishing: Polish furniture surfaces such as tables, chairs, cabinets, and woodwork to restore shine and remove fingerprints, smudges, or watermarks. Use appropriate furniture polish products and techniques for different types of finishes. Specialized Cleaning Tasks: Perform specialized cleaning tasks as required, such as carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, floor waxing, or deep cleaning of specific areas. Follow established procedures and safety protocols for specialized cleaning tasks. Restocking Supplies: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities to ensure availability for ongoing cleaning operations. This may include replenishing cleaning agents, paper products, trash bags, and other consumable items. Following Health and Safety Protocols: Adhere to health and safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and masks, using cleaning chemicals safely, and following proper cleaning procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, or exposure to hazardous substances.
