Surface Cleaning: Clean and disinfect various surfaces, including floors, walls, countertops, tables, desks, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning agents, equipment, and techniques. Remove dirt, dust, stains, and debris to ensure a clean and sanitary environment. Vacuuming and Sweeping: Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery to remove dust, dirt, and allergens. Sweep and mop hard floors to remove loose debris, spills, and stains, and restore floors to a clean and polished condition. Dusting and Polishing: Dust surfaces, furniture, shelves, and fixtures using microfiber cloths, dusters, or electrostatic dusting tools. Polish and shine surfaces, mirrors, glass, and stainless steel fixtures to maintain a professional and attractive appearance. Bathroom and Restroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitize restrooms, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, and bathroom fixtures to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria. Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed. Kitchen and Breakroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, countertops, sinks, appliances, and food preparation surfaces to ensure food safety and hygiene. Empty trash bins, replace garbage bags, and clean trash receptacles regularly to maintain cleanliness and odor control. Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and waste materials from designated areas, ensuring proper segregation and disposal according to waste management guidelines and regulations. Specialized Cleaning Tasks: Perform specialized cleaning tasks as required, such as carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, window washing, floor stripping and waxing, and high-dusting of ceilings, vents, and light fixtures. Disinfection and Sanitization: Use disinfectants and sanitizing agents to kill bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens on high-touch surfaces, frequently used items, and common areas to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and promote a healthy environment. Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety regulations to minimize the risk of accidents, injuries, or exposure to hazardous substances. Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies properly to ensure they are in good working condition. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing filters, changing vacuum bags, and lubricating equipment, to prolong their lifespan and effectiveness. Communication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients regarding cleaning schedules, tasks, and special requests.
