This involves conducting safety meetings, performing safety inspections, and addressing safety concerns promptly. Quality Control: Ensuring that construction work meets quality standards and specifications. This involves conducting quality inspections, reviewing workmanship, and addressing any non-conformances to maintain high-quality project outcomes. Material Management: Coordinating the delivery, storage, and use of construction materials on site. This involves ordering materials, tracking inventory, and ensuring that materials are used efficiently and according to project requirements. Equipment Management: Coordinating the use and maintenance of construction equipment and machinery on site. This involves scheduling equipment rentals, coordinating equipment operators, and ensuring that equipment is maintained and operated safely.
