Coordination of Work Crews: Civil Supervisors coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project. They assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that work is completed on schedule. Safety Management: Safety is a top priority for Civil Supervisors. They enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure that all workers adhere to safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site. Quality Control: They are responsible for ensuring that construction work meets quality standards and specifications. This includes conducting inspections, reviewing workmanship, and addressing any quality issues that arise during construction. Material and Equipment Management: Civil Supervisors manage the procurement, delivery, and use of construction materials and equipment on-site.
