This involves conducting safety briefings, inspections, and addressing safety concerns promptly. Schedule Coordination: Coordinating work schedules and tasks to meet project milestones and deadlines. This includes sequencing activities, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed to optimize efficiency. Material and Equipment Coordination: Managing the procurement, delivery, and utilization of construction materials, tools, and equipment on-site. This involves ensuring adequate inventory levels, tracking usage, and coordinating logistics. Communication: Serving as a liaison between project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and construction crews. This includes relaying instructions, reporting progress, and addressing issues or concerns that arise during construction. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that construction work meets quality standards and specifications through regular inspections and adherence to construction drawings and plans.
