Coordination with Contractors and Subcontractors: They coordinate and manage the activities of contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to specifications. Civil supervisors may assign work, provide instructions, and resolve disputes or conflicts that arise on-site. Quality Control: Civil supervisors are responsible for ensuring the quality of workmanship and materials used in construction projects. They conduct inspections, review work progress, and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of construction quality. Safety Management: Ensuring the safety of workers and compliance with health and safety regulations is a critical responsibility of civil supervisors. They implement safety protocols, conduct safety briefings, and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents and injuries on-site.
