This includes creating layouts, sections, elevations, and detail drawings to communicate design intent to contractors and construction teams. Material Selection: Selecting appropriate materials for structural components based on factors such as strength, stiffness, durability, and cost-effectiveness. This may involve evaluating different material options and conducting material testing and analysis to ensure suitability for the intended application.
