Job description

Project Planning: Leading project planning activities, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. Team Management: Building and leading multidisciplinary project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and providing direction and support to ensure that project goals are achieved effectively and efficiently. Resource Allocation: Allocating resources, including personnel, equipment, materials, and budgetary funds, to support project activities and meet project requirements within budgetary constraints. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, uncertainties, and constraints associated with project implementation and developing risk mitigation strategies to minimize negative impacts on project outcomes. Stakeholder Communication: Communicating with project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, suppliers, and internal team members, to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements. Contract Management: Managing contracts, agreements, and procurement activities related to project implementation, including negotiating terms and conditions, reviewing contract documents, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Quality Assurance: Implementing quality management processes and procedures to monitor and evaluate project performance, ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards, and deliver high-quality outcomes. Change Management: Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget by assessing impacts, evaluating alternatives, and making informed decisions in consultation with stakeholders to maintain project alignment and achieve desired outcomes. Financial Management: Monitoring project finances, tracking expenses, and controlling costs to ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints and financial goals are achieved. Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices to maintain a safe work environment for project personnel and stakeholders and minimize risks of accidents or injuries. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate and organized project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and records of decisions, to track project activities and facilitate communication and accountability. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement, lessons learned, and best practices from previous projects, and implementing strategies to enhance project efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes.
