Budget Management: Managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial resources to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints. Civil Project Managers monitor project costs, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to optimize project spending and minimize budget overruns. Resource Allocation: Allocating human, material, and equipment resources effectively to support project activities and meet project deadlines.
