Financial Oversight: Tracking project finances, approving expenses, and managing financial risks to maintain profitability and cost-effectiveness. Resource Allocation and Procurement: Resource Management: Allocating resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project operations. Procurement: Overseeing procurement processes, negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Team Leadership and Coordination: Team Management: Leading and supervising project teams, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support to team members. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitating communication and collaboration with stakeholders, clients, engineers, architects, and regulatory authorities. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Quality Control: Implementing quality assurance measures to ensure construction materials, methods, and workmanship meet industry standards and project specifications.
