Resource Allocation: Allocating resources, including personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, to support project activities and meet project requirements. Civil Project Managers coordinate resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and productivity. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and uncertainties associated with projects, assessing their impact and likelihood, and developing risk mitigation strategies.
