Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to our restaurant's recipes and standards. Ensure that food preparation and cooking areas are clean and hygienic at all times. Monitor food stock levels and communicate with management regarding inventory needs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth and efficient operations. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chinese Cook, preferably in a restaurant setting. In-depth knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality dishes. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
