Food Preparation: Prepare a diverse range of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, steamed dishes, soups, dumplings, noodles, and seafood dishes. Use a variety of ingredients such as meats, poultry, seafood, tofu, vegetables, and aromatic spices. Ingredient Selection: Source high-quality ingredients commonly used in Chinese cuisine, including fresh produce, meats, seafood, and specialty ingredients such as soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and fermented bean paste. Pay attention to freshness and authenticity to enhance the flavor of dishes. Cooking Techniques: Master a wide range of Chinese cooking techniques, including stir-frying, steaming, braising, deep-frying, and roasting.
