Ingredient Procurement and Inventory Management: Sourcing high-quality ingredients, spices, and produce for use in Chinese cooking. Chinese Chefs maintain inventory levels, monitor ingredient freshness, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and availability of ingredients. Wok Cooking and Stir-Frying: Mastering the art of wok cooking and stir-frying, which are essential techniques in Chinese cuisine.
