Food Preparation and Cooking: Preparing ingredients, including meat, seafood, vegetables, and noodles, ensuring freshness and quality. Using precise cooking techniques and methods such as wok cooking, dim sum preparation, and noodle pulling to achieve authentic flavors and textures. Kitchen Management: Overseeing kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Supervising kitchen staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow during service periods. Recipe Innovation and Adaptation: Experimenting with new ingredients and flavors while maintaining the integrity and authenticity of traditional Chinese recipes. Adapting dishes to meet dietary preferences, seasonal availability of ingredients, and customer preferences.
