They experiment with ingredient combinations, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles to achieve authentic taste and consistency. Ingredient Procurement: Chinese Chefs source high-quality ingredients, spices, and condiments essential for Chinese cooking. They select fresh produce, meats, seafood, tofu, noodles, and specialty ingredients such as soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fermented bean paste to ensure authenticity and flavor integrity in their dishes. Food Preparation: Chinese Chefs oversee the preparation and cooking of Chinese dishes in the kitchen.
