Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions securely, count cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy, and reconcile cash balances. Follow cash handling procedures, including depositing cash in safes or bank accounts and maintaining proper documentation of cash transactions. Customer Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and attentive customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. Greet customers, answer inquiries, address concerns, and assist with locating products or providing information about promotions, discounts, and store policies. Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the store's products, prices, and promotions to effectively assist customers and answer their questions. Stay updated on product inventory, new arrivals, and special offers to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
