Recipe Development: Develop and refine cake recipes to create a diverse range of flavors, textures, and designs. Experiment with different ingredients, fillings, and frostings to create unique and delicious cakes that appeal to a wide range of tastes. Ingredient Preparation: Gather and prepare all necessary ingredients for cake production, including flour, sugar, eggs, butter, flavorings, and decorations. Ensure ingredients are fresh, high-quality, and properly measured to achieve the desired texture and flavor. Baking: Preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature and prepare baking pans by greasing and flouring them. Mix cake batter according to the recipe instructions and pour it into the prepared pans. Bake cakes until they are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Decorating: Allow cakes to cool completely before decorating. Use frosting, icing, fondant, or other decorative elements to create visually stunning designs, patterns, and textures on the cake's surface. Add edible decorations such as flowers, fruits, chocolate, or sprinkles to enhance the cake's appearance. Customization: Work closely with clients to understand their specific cake preferences, dietary restrictions, and design requirements. Customize cakes according to client requests, including theme cakes, personalized messages, and special dietary options such as gluten-free or vegan cakes.
