Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders to generate business leads and referrals. Provide personalized service, address client needs, and exceed expectations to foster long-term partnerships. Business Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking functions to establish contacts, build relationships, and promote the resort's offerings. Leverage networking opportunities to generate leads, secure partnerships, and explore collaboration opportunities. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, bids, and sales presentations to prospective clients, outlining the resort's value proposition, services, and competitive advantages. Customize proposals to align with client needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing agreements with clients, vendors, and business partners to secure favorable deals and contracts. Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements during contract negotiations. Revenue Optimization: Analyze revenue performance metrics, occupancy rates, and sales conversion rates to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and yield management. Implement pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and revenue management tactics to maximize profitability. Product Development: Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations, marketing, and finance, to develop new products, packages, and services tailored to target markets and customer preferences. Conduct feasibility studies and business case analyses for new initiatives. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to track progress against business objectives and targets.
