Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups. Act as the point of contact and handle customer queries. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Analyze market trends and competitors. Strategic Planning: Develop strategies for expanding the company's customer base. Develop and implement sales strategies. Reporting: Prepare reports on sales progress and goals.
