Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth and business development initiatives within the branch. Identify opportunities to expand customer base and increase revenue. Financial Management: Monitor branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and budget adherence. Implement cost-control measures as necessary. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Mitigate risks related to operations, security, and safety.
