Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve branch goals and objectives aligned with the overall resort's mission and vision. Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvement within the branch. Financial Management: Manage branch budgets, revenue targets, and expenses to ensure financial viability and profitability. Monitor financial performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and take proactive measures to optimize revenue and control costs. Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and administrative functions. Ensure compliance with resort standards, policies, and procedures to maintain quality service delivery. Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate branch staff members, including department managers and frontline employees. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork and collaboration, and provide guidance and support for professional development. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality, addressing guest feedback and complaints promptly, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of excellence in customer service throughout the branch. Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and attract guests to the branch. Collaborate with the resort's marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition initiatives. Inventory and Procurement: Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and supplier relationships to ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery of goods and supplies. Optimize inventory management practices to minimize waste and control costs. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff. Implement and enforce safety protocols, emergency procedures, and risk management practices. Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community, businesses, and stakeholders to enhance the resort's reputation and support community outreach initiatives. Participate in local events, sponsorships, and partnerships to promote brand visibility and goodwill. Performance Analysis: Analyze branch performance metrics, financial reports, and operational data to assess performance against targets and benchmarks. Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and monitor progress to achieve strategic objectives. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing resort operations, including labor laws, licensing requirements, and environmental regulations. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance. Communication and Reporting: Maintain open and effective communication with senior management, department heads, staff members, and stakeholders. Provide regular reports, updates, and insights on branch operations, performance, and challenges.
