Sales and Business Development: Setting sales targets, developing strategies to meet sales goals, and actively promoting products or services to increase revenue. Financial Management: Managing the branch's budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability while adhering to financial regulations and targets. Marketing and Promotion: Implementing marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Risk Management and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements, as well as managing risk within the branch.
