Driving sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition efforts to achieve revenue goals. Customer Relationship Management: Fostering positive customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively. Financial Management: Monitoring financial performance and profitability of the branch. Analyzing financial reports, budgets, and expenses. Implementing cost-control measures and revenue enhancement strategies. Inventory and Parts Management: Overseeing inventory levels of vehicles, spare parts, and accessories. Optimizing inventory turnover, managing stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment. Service Excellence: Ensuring quality service delivery and maintaining service standards. Monitoring service operations, service advisor performance, and workshop efficiency. Resolving escalated service issues and ensuring timely completion of repairs. Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Maintaining a safe and secure workplace environment for employees and customers. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborating with marketing teams to implement local marketing strategies and promotional activities. Increasing brand visibility and driving customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring branch performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
