Sales Management: Driving sales growth and revenue generation by implementing sales strategies, tactics, and initiatives. Monitoring sales performance, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Operational Oversight: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory management, order processing, and facilities management.
