Job description

Leadership: Providing leadership and direction to branch staff, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management. Operations Management: Managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service, to ensure efficient and effective branch functioning. Sales and Business Development: Setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, and actively promoting products or services to meet revenue goals. Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Financial Management: Monitoring branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and taking corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, as well as maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and customers. Reporting: Preparing regular reports on branch performance, including sales, expenses, and customer feedback, and communicating insights and recommendations to senior management. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, expand market share, and improve operational efficiency. Problem Solving: Addressing issues and challenges that arise in day-to-day operations, such as staffing shortages, customer complaints, or technical problems, and finding timely and effective solutions.
