Sales and Business Development: Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, including cross-selling and upselling products or services. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Operational Oversight: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory management, cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Financial Management: Managing the branch budget, monitoring expenses, and maximizing profitability through cost control measures and revenue generation activities. Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion, assess competition, and adapt strategies to meet changing market conditions. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards, and implementing measures to mitigate operational risks.
