Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. Sales and Business Development: Setting sales targets and goals for the branch, developing sales strategies, and monitoring sales performance. Promoting products and services to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base. Financial Management: Managing branch profitability by controlling expenses, analyzing financial reports, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines and financial regulations. Staff Management and Development: Recruiting, training, and supervising branch staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback. Motivating and empowering employees to achieve individual and team goals, fostering a positive work environment. Risk Management and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including compliance with legal and operational guidelines. Mitigating operational risks and maintaining security measures to protect assets and customer information. Strategic Planning and Implementation: Developing strategic plans and initiatives for the branch to drive business growth, market expansion, and operational excellence. Implementing corporate policies, initiatives, and best practices at the branch level. Community Engagement and Networking: Representing the branch within the local community, participating in networking events, and building relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and community organizations.
