Generating Reports: Generating reports on billing activities, outstanding balances, and accounts receivable aging to provide insights into the financial health of the business. Collaboration with other Departments: Collaborating with other departments such as sales, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth billing processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
