Billing Disputes Resolution: Addressing and resolving any billing discrepancies or disputes raised by customers or internal stakeholders. Payment Processing: Recording payments received from customers and reconciling them with invoices issued. Collections Management: Monitoring and following up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payment and minimize overdue balances. Billing System Maintenance: Updating and maintaining billing systems or software to reflect changes in pricing, products, or customer information. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by responding to billing inquiries, clarifying invoice details, and assisting with payment-related issues. Reporting: Generating and analyzing billing reports to track billing performance, aging receivables, and identify trends or issues.
