Job description

Generating Invoices: Prepare and generate invoices for goods sold or services rendered to clients or customers. This involves ensuring accuracy in terms of pricing, quantities, and billing details. Reviewing Billing Information: Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise. This includes cross-checking purchase orders, contracts, and other relevant documents to ensure alignment with invoicing. Sending Invoices: Distribute invoices to clients via email, mail, or electronic billing systems according to established procedures and timelines. Following up on Payments: Monitor and track outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment from clients. This may involve sending reminders, making follow-up calls, and maintaining communication with clients regarding payment status. Processing Payments: Receive and process payments from clients through various channels, such as checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers. Record payments accurately and update billing records accordingly. Resolving Billing Inquiries: Address inquiries and concerns from clients regarding billing statements, invoices, or payment terms. Provide clarification, resolve disputes, and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication. Maintaining Billing Records: Maintain organized and accurate records of billing transactions, including invoices, payment receipts, and billing correspondence. Ensure proper documentation for auditing and financial reporting purposes. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on billing activities, such as aging reports, payment collection summaries, and revenue forecasts. Analyze billing data to identify trends, assess collection performance, and support decision-making processes.
