Job description

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments within the automotive business. This may include tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and organizing files. Accounting and Finance: Manage financial transactions, records, and reporting for the automotive business. This involves tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, budgeting, financial analysis, and tax compliance. Human Resources: Handle HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain employee records and assist with performance management processes. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, including tracking stock levels, ordering parts and supplies, and managing inventory databases. Ensure accuracy in inventory records and coordinate with other departments to meet inventory needs. Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Manage procurement processes for automotive parts, supplies, and equipment. Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods while optimizing costs and quality. IT Support: Provide technical support for computer systems, software applications, and network infrastructure used within the automotive business. Troubleshoot technical issues, install updates, and implement cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems. Marketing and Advertising: Assist with marketing and advertising initiatives to promote the automotive business and attract customers. This may involve tasks such as creating promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and coordinating advertising campaigns. Legal and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes tasks such as contract review, risk management, and maintaining documentation related to legal and regulatory requirements. Customer Support: Provide support to customers through various channels such as phone, email, and online chat. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making processes.
