Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing documents, managing correspondence, and organizing office operations. Maintaining records and databases accurately. Accounting and Finance: Processing invoices, payments, and expenses. Assisting with payroll processing and employee benefits administration. Generating financial reports and statements. Human Resources: Recruiting support: Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. Onboarding new employees: Facilitating paperwork, orientation sessions. Employee records management: Maintaining personnel files, updating HR databases. IT Support: Providing technical support to employees for hardware and software issues. Managing IT infrastructure, including network maintenance and troubleshooting. Operations and Logistics: Coordinating logistical operations such as inventory management, supply chain activities, and procurement. Monitoring and maintaining facilities and equipment. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the organization's operations. Assisting with compliance audits and reporting. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing data to support decision-making and business operations. Generating reports and presentations for management review.
