Conduct inspections and audits to verify work quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to technicians on complex diagnostic and repair issues. Troubleshoot challenging problems, offer solutions, and share best practices to enhance team knowledge and skill levels. Diagnostic Assistance: Assist technicians in diagnosing vehicle problems, interpreting diagnostic codes, and recommending appropriate repair solutions. Utilize diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and manufacturer resources to support accurate and efficient troubleshooting. Parts Management: Coordinate parts procurement, inventory management, and parts ordering processes to ensure timely availability of required parts for repairs. Monitor parts usage, control inventory levels, and optimize parts ordering practices to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Customer Communication: Interact with customers to discuss repair recommendations, provide status updates on vehicle repairs, and address any concerns or questions they may have. Ensure clear and transparent communication to build trust and satisfaction with customers. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory compliance measures to maintain a safe working environment and protect employees and customers.
