Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all maintenance and repair work performed by the team meets quality standards and complies with manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements. This involves conducting regular inspections, quality checks, and audits to identify and address any issues or deficiencies. Technical Support: Providing technical expertise and assistance to technicians when troubleshooting complex vehicle problems or performing intricate repair tasks. The supervisor may offer guidance, advice, or hands-on assistance to resolve challenging issues effectively.
