Offering guidance, troubleshooting advice, and sharing expertise to facilitate problem resolution. Training and Development: Identifying training needs and opportunities for professional development among your team members. Providing training on new technologies, repair techniques, and safety procedures to enhance skills and knowledge. Diagnostic Assistance: Assisting technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting automotive problems, especially those that require advanced diagnostic tools or expertise. Collaborating with technicians to develop effective repair strategies. Parts and Equipment Management: Overseeing the procurement and inventory management of automotive parts, tools, and equipment. Ensuring that technicians have access to the necessary resources to perform their work effectively and efficiently. Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all work performed by technicians adheres to safety regulations and guidelines. Promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance within the automotive repair facility. Customer Interaction: Interacting with customers to discuss repair needs, provide updates on the status of their vehicles, and address any concerns or questions they may have. Ensuring that customers receive excellent service and have a positive experience.
