The individual is responsible for work assignment to technicians on shop floor depending upon their skills and supervising service, repair and maintenance operations of the vehicle as per OEM guidelines within the expected time and cost to ensure minimum repeat complaints. Supervise staff including hiring or making hiring recommendations, provide training, planning, scheduling, and assigning work, and conducting performance evaluations. Responsible for resolving technical, complex, or unusual problems referred by staff.
