As an Automobile Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our automobile service center in Malappuram. You will ensure that all repair and maintenance work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to manufacturer standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge of automobiles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of automobile technicians and mechanics. Ensure that all repair and maintenance work is completed on time and meets quality standards. Provide technical guidance and assistance to technicians as needed. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs. Order parts and materials required for repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and hours worked by technicians. Train new technicians and provide ongoing training to existing staff to ensure they stay up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques. Enforce safety procedures and ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer complaints and inquiries related to technical issues. Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as an automobile technician, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge of automobiles, including engine repair, electrical systems, and diagnostics. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in computerized diagnostic tools and software. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures. Valid driver's license.
