Quality Assurance: They are responsible for ensuring that all repairs and maintenance services meet quality standards and comply with manufacturer specifications. Technical Support: They provide technical expertise and assistance to technicians when they encounter complex or challenging repair issues. Training and Development: The Technical Supervisor identifies training needs within the team and coordinates training programs to enhance technicians' skills and knowledge.
