We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automobile Spare Parts Incharge to join our team in Malappuram. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the spare parts inventory of our automobile dealership or service center. Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, including stock levels, incoming shipments, and outgoing orders. Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for servicing customer needs and fulfilling repair orders. Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy. Utilize inventory management software to track and manage spare parts inventory effectively. Procurement and Purchasing: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure spare parts in a timely manner. Place orders for spare parts based on inventory levels and demand forecasts. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to obtain the best possible deals. Verify the quality and authenticity of spare parts received from suppliers. Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers in identifying the correct spare parts for their vehicles. Provide accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and compatibility of spare parts. Process spare parts sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding spare parts. Team Coordination: Supervise a team of spare parts staff, including technicians and sales associates. Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
