Evaluate supplier performance and maintain relationships with reliable vendors to ensure timely procurement and quality parts supply. Parts Identification and Cataloging: Identify, catalog, and classify spare parts based on make, model, and compatibility with different vehicle brands and models. Maintain accurate records of parts specifications, cross-references, and interchangeability. Sales and Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their spare parts requirements, provide product information, and recommend appropriate parts based on vehicle specifications. Process parts orders, issue invoices, and handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally. Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of automotive systems, components, and parts terminology. Stay updated on new vehicle models, parts catalogs, and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers. Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with internal departments such as service centers, workshops, and sales teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and coordinate parts distribution. Optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficient parts procurement and distribution. Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure the quality and authenticity of spare parts by verifying part numbers, specifications, and manufacturer certifications. Conduct quality inspections and audits of incoming parts to identify defects or discrepancies. Warehouse Organization and Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for storing spare parts.
