Coordinate with service technicians and parts department to ensure availability of resources and timely completion of services. Service Consultation: Conduct initial vehicle inspections and diagnostic checks to identify issues or maintenance requirements. Explain service options, cost estimates, and timelines to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity. Service Recommendations: Recommend additional services, repairs, or maintenance based on vehicle manufacturer recommendations, service history, and customer driving habits. Prioritize recommended services based on urgency, safety considerations, and customer budget constraints. Parts and Inventory Management: Coordinate with the parts department to order necessary parts and accessories for vehicle repairs or upgrades. Monitor parts inventory levels and ensure availability of required parts for scheduled service appointments. Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, service progress, and any delays or additional repairs discovered during service. Provide updates via phone, email, or in-person communication, maintaining professional and courteous interaction at all times. Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on completed service work to ensure compliance with service standards and customer satisfaction.
