Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts. Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments of spare parts, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect parts for damage, defects, or discrepancies. Ensure that received parts meet quality standards and specifications before acceptance into inventory. Stock Allocation: Allocate spare parts to service technicians, mechanics, or customers as requested. Process parts requisitions, issue parts to service orders, and track parts usage to maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
