Inventory Tracking: Implement inventory tracking systems and processes to accurately monitor stock movements, track serial numbers or batch codes, and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Sales and Distribution: Coordinate with sales staff and customers to fulfill orders for spare parts. Process sales transactions, issue invoices, and arrange for delivery or pickup of parts as required. Provide assistance and technical support to customers in selecting the right parts for their needs.
