Procurement and Sourcing: Source and procure automobile spare parts from suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and competitive pricing. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to optimize procurement processes and minimize costs. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of automobile spare parts, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and replenishing inventory to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs. Implement inventory control systems, such as barcode scanning or RFID technology, to track inventory levels accurately. Stock Reconciliation and Auditing: Conduct regular stock reconciliation and audits to verify inventory accuracy, identify discrepancies, and address issues related to shrinkage, loss, or damage. Implement measures to improve inventory accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies. Sales and Customer Service: Interact with customers, including automotive repair shops, dealerships, and individual vehicle owners, to understand their spare parts needs and provide assistance in identifying and sourcing the required parts. Process sales orders, handle inquiries, and ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of automobile spare parts, including their specifications, compatibility with different vehicle models, and application in various automotive systems (e.g., engine, transmission, suspension).
