Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of automobile spare parts, including ordering, receiving, storing, and organizing parts to ensure availability when needed. Monitor stock levels, track inventory turnover, and optimize inventory management practices to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. Procurement: Source and procure spare parts from suppliers and vendors. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Evaluate supplier performance and establish relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products. Stock Control: Implement stock control measures to maintain accurate inventory records and minimize discrepancies. Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and identify slow-moving or obsolete parts for clearance or disposal. Sales and Distribution: Manage the sales and distribution of spare parts to internal and external customers. Process orders, issue invoices, and coordinate delivery or pickup of parts. Provide assistance and support to customers in selecting the right spare parts for their needs and ensure prompt and efficient service. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and handle customer complaints promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and authenticity of spare parts through rigorous inspection and quality control measures. Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, sales transactions, supplier interactions, and customer communications. Generate reports and analyses to track performance, monitor trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
