Prioritize recommendations based on safety concerns, critical repairs, and customer preferences. Cost Estimation and Quoting: Prepare cost estimates and service quotes for customers, explaining pricing breakdowns, labor charges, parts costs, and warranty coverage. Address any questions or concerns regarding pricing, payment options, and service timelines. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate service appointments and allocate time slots based on technician availability, customer preferences, and service urgency. Manage appointment calendars effectively to optimize workshop productivity and customer satisfaction. Work Order Management: Create and manage work orders for vehicle services, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with service department procedures. Document customer requests, vehicle symptoms, diagnostic findings, and service recommendations for technician reference. Customer Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on repair progress, parts availability, and any additional findings or recommendations.
