Service Quoting: Service Advisors provide cost estimates and service quotes to customers for approved repairs and services. They calculate labor and parts costs, explain pricing breakdowns, and obtain customer approval before initiating work on the vehicle. Appointment Scheduling: Service Advisors schedule service appointments for customers based on their availability and service requirements.
