Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and documenting their vehicle's symptoms or service needs. Service Recommendations: Advising customers on necessary maintenance services, repairs, and recommended services based on vehicle mileage, manufacturer recommendations, and inspection findings. Cost Estimation: Providing customers with accurate cost estimates for service and repairs, including parts and labor charges, and obtaining customer approval before proceeding with work. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating service appointments based on customer availability and the availability of service technicians and equipment. Work Order Creation: Creating detailed work orders that outline the requested services, parts needed, and estimated completion time. Parts Ordering: Ordering necessary parts and accessories for vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery to meet service deadlines. Communication: Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs, any additional work required, and estimated completion times. Upselling: Recommending additional services or products that may benefit the customer or enhance their vehicle's performance, safety, or appearance. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all service and repair work meets dealership or industry standards for quality and safety. Customer Satisfaction: Following up with customers after service or repairs to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage feedback. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, service history, work orders, invoices, and payments.
