Preparing accurate cost estimates for body work and repairs. Scheduling appointments and managing repair timelines. Ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up after completion of services. Keeping records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions. You will be responsible for all the administration of the Bodyshop including being the first point of contact for customers, booking in vehicles for repairs, processing paper work including claims and administering cash and card payments. Providing customer service and guidance on repair processes. Coordinating with technicians and customers to facilitate vehicle repairs. Managing scheduling, quotes, and billing for body shop services.
